Daily routine is the foremost important step to bring structure, order and organisation to your life. It is the foundation of stability you’ve been missing! It’s Your TiME will take you through building a sustainable routine step by step over 8 weeks. You will have a coaching session each week, focussed on achievable actions where we will work together to understand your; • Limitations and barriers • What your goals and dreams are • Triggered reactions and tendencies • Where you’re losing energy for daily function • What’s causing you to wake up in the night or not fall asleep It’s Your TiME asks you to be accountable to yourself, to show up and work to implement the actions plans designed for you in each session. It’s Your TiME will build the foundation for you to begin regulating your nervous system and building your own safety net. From here you will be set up to take on the next stage in your Change Channels journey - Untangle your cycles, which takes a deeper look into your triggers, traumas and life lessons, so that you can understand and begin moving forward with your uninhibited by your past.
