Effective as of 01.01.2025 By engaging with any services, courses, or products provided by Change Channel, you (the “Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are designed to create clarity, mutual respect, and a high standard of commitment to the work.
1. Payment Terms
All sessions, courses, and programs must be paid for in full prior to commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment secures your spot and access.
Power Hour One-Off Sessions: Full payment is due at time of booking
Self-Paced Courses: Full payment is due upon enrolment and grants instant access to all course content.
Live Mastermind Programs: Full payment or agreed payment plan must be initiated before the program start date.
Private Coaching/Packages: Payments are required as outlined in your coaching agreement.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
Individual Sessions
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an individual session. If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or the session is missed, the session will be forfeited and not refunded or rescheduled.
Power Hour Sessions (One-Off)
Clients must provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. No refunds will be given for missed or cancelled sessions. Change Channel will make a good faith effort to reschedule within 7 days, if notice is provided.
Self-Paced Courses
Due to the digital nature and immediate access to content, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances once payment is made.
Group Coaching & Live Mastermind Programs
Replays will be available for all live group sessions.
If you wish to cancel your participation in a group or mastermind program, a minimum of 7 days' written notice is required prior to the start date. This allows time to refill your place.
If notice is provided less than 7 days in advance, no refund or credit will be given.
3. Refund Policy
Change Channel does not offer refunds unless explicitly stated. This applies to all digital products, self-paced courses, and missed sessions. If a service or session cannot be delivered by Change Channel due to unforeseen circumstances, a refund or reschedule will be offered at Change Channel’s discretion.ts.
4. Commitment & Responsibility
By enrolling in any session, course, or program, the Client agrees to take full responsibility for their experience, results, and participation. Change Channel provides tools, guidance, and support, but the Client’s commitment to showing up and integrating the work is essential to outcomes.
5. ConfidentialityAll personal information shared during sessions and programs is treated with the strictest confidentiality and care. Group participants are expected to honour the privacy of others and agree to not share personal details outside of the group environment.
