Hi I’m Kristie.I first worked with Imogen for a Numerology session where I found her to be spot-on with her reading on how and where I was in life.I wanted to start my own business and needed support and guidance but I really didn’t know where to begin.Working, being a mum and partner I would prioritise others needs before my own, and I definitely needed improving boundaries among all these relationships.I was hesitant to begin coaching as I used to think “This was not for me, and I can do this on my own.”Problem was I’d lived so long in a logical masculine energy state that the balance of the feminine energy of nurturing, receiving and stopping to feel was really difficult for me.I took a chance on trusting myself to get some support to begin this new venture and it was a great decision.Early into our sessions the universe throws a curveball – and my weekly sessions were moulded into what I needed in that moment to get through the week. If something had come up for me then it was dealt with, there was no pushing aside.The container Imogen creates is a beautiful and safe space where I was able to share thoughts, feelings, question myself, go within to find answers, learn to slow down, prioritise myself and regulate my system.The coaching was always tailored to my needs, actions were achievable and there were notes from our session to reflect what we had discussed and where I was heading.Anyone who is thinking about working with Imogen I say “Do it! Before working with Imogen I didn’t know how to assert boundaries and I was becoming exhausted from people pleasing and giving out my energy to everyone.  I felt like my life was spiralling out of my control and I was taking on way more than I could chew but something was still missing. I decided to work with Imogen after she was recommended to me by a long time friend. One of those things that I felt she found me as much as I found her.  Since working with Imogen I found strength to leave a job I wasn’t enjoying anymore and I also changed my business direction into something so much more meaningful and in alignment with my heart. This came from a realisation of gifts that were inside me that I hadn’t seen before. A true embodiment of the healer and medicine that was in my blood. Realising that I am a healer was the biggest aha moment and everything in my life up to that point made sense really quickly. I spent my life trying to belong, but working with Imogen I realised that I only had to belong to myself, that I was my own home and safe place. From this space of holding myself, my energy and power grew immensely and I started having beautiful spiritual experiences. I highly recommend working with Imogen if you are ready to level up your world. I would never look back and no plans of stopping this journey now. I would definitely work with her again, absolutely invaluable.

I was reaching a point where I wanted to invest in some form of life coaching to work on various areas within my life and myself but wasn't sure where to start, what to expect, and what was going to be affordable. Change Channel Coaching provided a safe environment to introduce myself to the life coaching space.A few key attributes I have felt and recognised from Imogen during my sessions so far include anon-judgemental, supportive, and insightful human with experience from her own self-work. This provides a lot of comfort knowing she has practiced what she teaches. Skills and techniques are taught and shuffled to find what works best for you personally as everyone is different. She is respectful and respectable with no pressure being applied to share too much if you don't feel ready yet. The sessions are adaptable to the topics covered where there doesn't need to be a set topic prior to a session. It will develop naturally during discussion. She will pick up on little comments or views and help break them down to slowly uncover a root cause for those habits/thoughts/beliefs.Overall, I could not be happier with Change Channel Coaching being my first insight into life coaching as I started my self-development journey.

Mapping Your Future Workshop

What can I say I attended Mapping Your Future in person with Imogen.Course is very well set out designed to give you the tools to achieve your goals as well as look into your life in a different light.Imogen is a true healer and inspiration 🙌. The course is so well done it focus on what you want to achieve as a person through growth on one's self to setting goals and a steps to achieve them.I am the most practical person and have often found it hard to look outside the square for what I would normally see as unachievable. Doing these steps and following your core values of what is important to you Imogen showed me how to open my mind and change my belief patterns...Anything is achievable there is always a way.
